What we'll do
"De-mystify Meditation and Make It Easy." If you've ever thought you would like to learn to meditate but a) think you don't have time, b) think you have to do something special like go to an ashram, or c) think you can NEVER learn to shut your mind up, there is help for you! Mindfulness meditation is a simple, practical way to meditate, even if just for one minute, regardless of where you are or what your skill level is. Learn to stop, breathe, and slow down. It works
