Long week? Treat yourself to purely relaxing poses held 5 to 10 minutes each, in a peaceful, candlelit room along with guided meditation and meditation music. It differs from Yin Yoga which engages certain muscles to relax others.
Props such as blocks, straps, blankets, or the wall are used to mindfully, slowly, maximize relaxation in the muscles that are being targeted.
